Entropy Cellars Wines

2014 Chardonnay

This chardonnay was aged in Acacia and oak barrels. The acacia brings out more tropic fruit notes and tones down the still present oak ending up in a smooth and balanced wine. Crisp and lovely with notes of honeysuckle and melon, and a bit of grapefruit.

2016 Sauvignon Blanc–Sold out

Crisp, clean, with tropical fruit. Hints of citrus, honeysuckle, and melon. A bit more depth than typical, while keeping the crisp nature of the varietal.

FUSION LOT 7–released

The seventh lot of Fusion. A fantastic blend of zinfandel, syrah, petit verdot and grenache. Perfectly blended with just the right amount of oak. Great fruit without being over ripe. The flavors continue through to a long finish.

2013 Syzygy—Lot 2, Livermore

Syzygy is the alignment of three celestial bodies. Here the stars are the three bordeaux varietals: cabernet sauvignon, merlot, and petit verdot. Perfectly aligned in a classic style with new world excitement. Appealing nose promising rich fruit highlighted by bright cherry and plum flavors that last. Perfectly balanced fruit and tannins. Aged in French and American oak.
